Mission: We strive to sell exceptional products through the best retailers in specialty, footwear, and outdoor channels with a commitment to excellence in sales, service, training, and communication. 

Vision: Professional sales and customer service focusing on honest relationships and long-term success are the cornerstone of our business.   As independent sales representatives, we utilize a synergistic selling approach with complimentary brands to leverage existing business and provide our customers with a portfolio of products in each retail channel.  We believe in keeping our product offering tight to give each of our brands the attention to grow sales and brand recognition.

Profile: C-J Rep LLC started selling to the outdoor specialty market in 1994. We have a reputation for building and rebuilding brands. Traditionally servicing New York and the six New England states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.  We sell to retailers in sporting goods, outdoor, footwear, catalog, and web-direct channels.   Our sales agency primarily consists of Principals Chuck Joy and Joe Scavo, with the assistance of team members and subcontractors that provide sales and clerical support.  We are members of, and exhibit at 360 Adventure Collective (formerly EORA & NEWSR) and Boston Shoe Travelers Association trade shows, and attend select national trade shows.    We are avid outdoor enthusiasts. Our excitement for the products we sell come from personal experience. We hike, paddle, fish, sail, camp, bike, and play in the outdoors. Our personal passions fuel our success in the outdoor industry.
               
Chuck Joy has been a professional sales rep since 1989. In 1994 he made his passion for the outdoors the focus of his profession.  He is a former Eastern Outdoor Representatives Association board member.  Operating out of central New Hampshire he is the primary contact for larger accounts, and most northern accounts. 
               
Joe Scavo began working in the outdoor industry in 1997 while in college, and never stopped.  He made the transition to full-time sales rep in 2013 when starting his own sales agency.  A few years later he teamed up with C-J Rep to help bring sales and service to a new level.  Joe’s office is about a mile outside Boston.  He is the primary contact for most southern accounts.
